Cody co-founded CUP in 2015 with board member Sarah Benson. Cody has a Bachelor of Social Work from MSUM, a LBSW in North Dakota, working on a Master of Public Health from Tulane University, and has been accepted into a DrPh program. In his down time, Cody enjoys family game night with his partner, and hanging with his tortie cat!

Brittney is a full-time student at M State working toward a business degree. She is the proud mother of five amazing children. Brittney is a professional with lived experience in mental health and addiction. She knew that wasn’t the life she wanted for herself and her children. As of September of 2022, she became a Certified Peer Support Specialist. She has always had a passion for helping others and is achieving her goal and dream of supporting the people in her community.

Lillian is attending Minnesota State and Community Technical College majoring in programming. She works with the community for PCCC and Tristate Transgender. Lillian loves gaming, sci-fi, and cats!

Kesha is from Fargo and has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently working towards her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kesha is a certified trainer for LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and Mental Health First Aid. Kesha is passionate about mental health and helping others in her community. When she is not working, Kesha enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Koda (Catahoula) and Charlie (King Charles Cavalier and Chihuahua mix)

Rita graduated in May 2022 with a bachelor of Social Work from Minot State and a bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from NDSU. Rita’s goal in life is to make a difference in the community and with the individuals she interacts with.

She thinks it is a beautiful thing to advocate for others and, in exchange, empowering them to do the same. Rita is a competitive person who loves challenging herself to do better than before. Outside of work, she loves doing sports and watching professional basketball (Golden State Warriors!!!!) and track and field.

Faye Seidler has been the leading name in Transgender Cultural Competency Training in North Dakota for the last five years. She got her start by leading a research project to understand the most effective way to provide cultural competency training to organizations in the key sectors of healthcare, government, education, outreach, and business.

Faye was the keynote speaker at North Dakota State Universities Conference Health Equity and Social Justice: Bridging the Gap. Beyond speaking at conferences she routinely provides education and training at local colleges, schools, homeless shelters, and healthcare organizations.

Beyond that she is a trans community leader who specializes in finding and maintaining resources for the transgender community.

Claire has been with CUP since June 2022. She walked into CUP one day excited about the diversity and inclusion the office proudly presents. She comes from a small town called Grafton, ND, and was thrilled to see people who were different and to find a place where she could be herself, a queer Latina. With her position she helps people from different walks of life, which is what she has always been passionate about. She gets to help people who are homeless find apartments with North Dakota Rent Help.

When she is not working, she is with her three kids who she adopted. They are why she continues to do the work she does.
